      Front facing camera Specific route plan Trucks governed at 65 Sometimes you could sit for multiple days waiting for a load which sucks because you are payed per mile They will take you off a load without your permission Forced dispatch You may only get 1 day at home

      Pros

      They are very flexible with schedules, the job is interesting die to the wide variety of assignments, there is a lot of learning opportunities and a great team culture.

      Cons

      Sometimes there's many events happening at the same time, and it can generate a heavier workload during those times but it's understandable and temporary.

      You are expendable, miles will be shorted, you will be treated accordingly
