      Prostars are only a few years old, Communication is mostly Texting, Home every day if you are a Relay Driver

      Cons

      Loads are cancelled often, Trucks and Trailers are only safe and legal to drive half the time, Dispatch is rude and they try to force you to drive illegally, never know when your days off are, work schedule changes every week, low pay, make you feel you are a number not a person, job comes before family is their belief. much more.....

      They are very flexible with schedules, the job is interesting die to the wide variety of assignments, there is a lot of learning opportunities and a great team culture.

      Cons

      Sometimes there's many events happening at the same time, and it can generate a heavier workload during those times but it's understandable and temporary.
