Pros

Terminal in hometown, have your own company truck.

Cons

Company will garnish your wages without notice and no recourse for fuel (penalties) subsidies. The Driver pays into the fuel escrow account to help the company subsidize it's fuel costs. The amount is usually 3 times the actual cost over several weeks. Do not apply with this company. Not enough miles to clear $1,000 per week after taxes and benefits and company garnishements.

Cons

Sometimes there's many events happening at the same time, and it can generate a heavier workload during those times but it's understandable and temporary.
