Pros

job security comes from just showing up to work

Cons

you'll never work 8-5. you can't leave until everything is done and that means if others don't do their job you have to wait. Drivers call your cell so you are always working. the hours you work means you aren't gettin paid minimum wages and the stress is bad

They are very flexible with schedules, the job is interesting die to the wide variety of assignments, there is a lot of learning opportunities and a great team culture.

Cons

Sometimes there's many events happening at the same time, and it can generate a heavier workload during those times but it's understandable and temporary.
