      I have been with MVT 1 year and have been treated like family since day 1. After starting as a ECT member my supervisor seen potential in my career advancement and trained me for my Fleet Manager position. Everyone I've met here has been a great asset.

      Pros

      They are very flexible with schedules, the job is interesting die to the wide variety of assignments, there is a lot of learning opportunities and a great team culture.

      Cons

      Sometimes there's many events happening at the same time, and it can generate a heavier workload during those times but it's understandable and temporary.

      You are expendable, miles will be shorted, you will be treated accordingly
