      Pros

      A family oriented company. A company that will hold you accountable and allow you to grow within. I have been able to gain knowledge in several different areas of the Transportation industry Thanks to MVT.

      Cons

      As a satellite terminal, we don't have the full range of amenities and resources available at the main terminal. However, this also provides us with the opportunity to develop greater independence and adaptability in our roles.

      Pros

      They are very flexible with schedules, the job is interesting die to the wide variety of assignments, there is a lot of learning opportunities and a great team culture.

      Cons

      Sometimes there's many events happening at the same time, and it can generate a heavier workload during those times but it's understandable and temporary.

      You are expendable, miles will be shorted, you will be treated accordingly
