      Great dedicated employees, Royal Jones is a great innovator, but relies on great butt kissers to lead his company.

      Cons

      no consistent managers, poor decisions, New COO came in and got rid of great leadership seems that they are threatened or think that it's expensive to keep or hire professionals, wait until they see how much they are going to lose by promoting and hiring amateurs.

      They are very flexible with schedules, the job is interesting die to the wide variety of assignments, there is a lot of learning opportunities and a great team culture.

      Cons

      Sometimes there's many events happening at the same time, and it can generate a heavier workload during those times but it's understandable and temporary.
