      Nothing I can think of

      Cons

      The income was by far much lower than promised. I felt a racist environment towards white. Trips are planned to the smallest detail, even the route sometimes doesn’t make sense. When truck broke down, it was very difficult to convince driver manager to provide a hotel.

      Pros

      They are very flexible with schedules, the job is interesting die to the wide variety of assignments, there is a lot of learning opportunities and a great team culture.

      Cons

      Sometimes there's many events happening at the same time, and it can generate a heavier workload during those times but it's understandable and temporary.

      They will hire anyone and any status(SAP)

      Cons

      You are expendable, miles will be shorted, you will be treated accordingly
