- Talented people motivated to succeed, about 15% of the employees have been here 10 years or more - Great existing products and exciting new products - Fun and challenging work with cutting edge technologies - Facilities improving - Nats and Orioles season tickets available for everyone, including Diamond Club for Nats -- I love baseball - Wolf Trap, Kennedy Center, other venues tickets for free -- enjoyed many fun events with co-workers and sometimes with family and friends when no other co-workers take the tickets - Company holiday party and the free raffle of gift certificates

Cons

- HR struggling to keep up with the company's growth - Company outgrowing the existing facilities, many ongoing renovations can be a hassle, others too slow to start - Benefits like vacation should be upgraded to be competitive

I get to eat outside when its warm and the free coffee is decent I guess.

Cons

1. The building is designed like a psychiatric ward. There are no windows and there is no decor on the walls. CEO doesn't like when we put things on the walls. Really weird. 2. Management is just not good. They don't understand HIPPA or employee privacy; additionally they lack empathy. 3. Safety is not safe at all. they treat their job like they are supposed to micromanage and nitpick certain individuals on the first floor but people on the second floor walk around wearing no PPE. 4. Management cannot handle any level of push back. If the boss says the sky is blue and you say no I think its cyan, youre fired the next day. They LOVE to fire people for pushback but let people who treat people nasty hang around. 5. The roaches....thats the comment 6. Just a little bit of racist energy and its not good. They dont appreciate black workers and it shows blatantly STAY AWAY. 7. PTO sucks. 8. Unless you are outside of a minority group, there is a ceiling and you will reach it quickly. No room for upward mobility if you dont bear the color they desire.
