Pros

Good benefits and free perks like ball games and shows in DC. Health care plan is very good. Always expanding and hiring good people.

Cons

Raises can be a bit flat. Human Resources needs help but it could be that they are understaffed. Too many directors/cooks in the kitchen. Some of the upper management are clueless of what needs to get done and how to do it. They do not always listen to their employees. We create yearly budgets but the CEO still insists on signing off on everything. Causes major delays and ends up costing the company more money in the long run.

I get to eat outside when its warm and the free coffee is decent I guess.

Cons

1. The building is designed like a psychiatric ward. There are no windows and there is no decor on the walls. CEO doesn't like when we put things on the walls. Really weird. 2. Management is just not good. They don't understand HIPPA or employee privacy; additionally they lack empathy. 3. Safety is not safe at all. they treat their job like they are supposed to micromanage and nitpick certain individuals on the first floor but people on the second floor walk around wearing no PPE. 4. Management cannot handle any level of push back. If the boss says the sky is blue and you say no I think its cyan, youre fired the next day. They LOVE to fire people for pushback but let people who treat people nasty hang around. 5. The roaches....thats the comment 6. Just a little bit of racist energy and its not good. They dont appreciate black workers and it shows blatantly STAY AWAY. 7. PTO sucks. 8. Unless you are outside of a minority group, there is a ceiling and you will reach it quickly. No room for upward mobility if you dont bear the color they desire.
