Pros
There are some decent, hardworking people are employed by the company. The instrument technology seems well received by those who use it. It's an OK employment option if you are willing to keep your head down, and just keep plodding along.
Cons
Management and owner seem to care little about the folks who are really keeping the company going. There is a general feeling that employees are mainly working to line the pockets of the owner and a handful of upper level executives. No real promotion path. Promises are made with no intention of keeping them. Software tools and procedures that would make tasks more efficient are inexplicably absent. CEO displays unprofessional behavior at times, making it difficult to feel positive about the company.
