Pros
The work is challenging and the entry- to mid-level employees are very nice and easy to work with. Very diverse workforce. Given a great deal of responsibility early on. Company has been in a constant state of growth for some time. The company's technology and standing in the industry are sound. Company takes pride in the products and services it develops.
Cons
Changes to standard approaches are not easy to implement in many departments. There's a culture of too much oversight which hedges on micromanagement. Company does a poor job recognizing and rewarding the accomplishments of their employees. May lead some to feel underappreciated. This has improved somewhat over the past 2 years, but there is a lot of ground to cover. The pitifully limited vacation time is an atrocity.
