Pros
Smart customer base. Technology is great. Sales team is fantastic. You really feel like you are working to advance scientific and clinical research. You do not have to give notice when you leave.
Cons
The company actually works to ensure that information is not shared within departments. Most groups do not know what the other one is doing. Price list is not published (this is very shady). Management does not want employees to advance within certain departments. Unprofessionalism. HR is a nightmare. The company goes out of its way to ensure that the bonuses they claim to give are not awarded. Management is unwilling to work with employees to achieve a personal and professional balance. An overall lack of recognition for work accomplished or above and beyond.
