- Smart, flexible leadership team - Good pay and bonus program - 100% matching on 401K up to 6% - Really wants to develop young talent - Embraces diversity and inclusion - Hybrid work environment - Sustainable growth due to varied markets and modes of supply

Cons

- Leadership needs to improve on delegation of authority. This is a work in progress. - Average age of workforce is over 55 and this is a detractor to younger hires. HR and Leadership are working on this. - Some roles have way too much responsibility - Need younger talent from outside the industry to come in and generate new ideas - Could improve benefits and annual merit increases are well below inflationary rates
