      Pros

      Work culture is nice. Senior staff is very helpful and cooperative. The best thing about actuarial team is rotation program.

      Cons

      Odd shift timings. Only non camera phones are allowed, so no social life. It is employer friendly firm , not employee friendly.

      Remote work and flex time.

      Cons

      Unrealistic workloads, constantly changing process for promotions, limited cross departmental communication or accountability, career stagnation in some departments, employees rated on bell curves for annual reviews.
