MetLife GOSC is one of the best places to be at. I worked with the L&D team and was managing the leadership development. Learning at MetLife is tremendous and you can challenge the status quo. You are rewarded for your creativity and people will support you. The best thing about this place are its people. The leadership team is pretty clear with the vision and expectations are clearly called out.
