Numerous forms which are constantly changing which can make it difficult to write business. In recent years there has been a shift toward emphasizing new business as opposed to reviewing and servicing existing business even though it may result in an increase in money coming into the company. This has made it difficult to properly take care of existing clients while seeking out new business.
