Pros

-Perfect work hours for single mother with kids in school. Off on major holidays and weekends. Off by 4pm since variable annuities follow stock market. -Full time benefits in every aspect. same PTO, insurance benefits, sick days, 401k, etc as a full time employee. Can also work from home after proven stats. Will pay towards home internet bill.

Cons

-pay is low for a FINRA registered position. just enough to scrap by on monthly bills. Amazing benefits, but i can not afford the premium until my schedule allows for me to go full time.

Pros

I loved my job and my coworkers, and the company's health benefits were outstanding. Leaving wasn't an easy decision, but it was the right one.

Cons

I had a toxic manager who micromanaged everything—checking time reports, tracking lunch breaks, and monitoring every minute away from your desk. They often sent multiple emails to communicate a single point because they struggled to communicate clearly. High-visibility projects were consistently given to favorites, while the rest of the team was overlooked. They were also frequently condescending in team huddles and meetings. Based on my experience, they were never taught how to lead people effectively, and I'm genuinely surprised they're still in a management role.
