Pros
It is a great place to work if you know how to "play the game". You have to be willing to step out of your comfort zone and show how valuable you are to the organization and in return you will achieve financial rewards.
Cons
It is extremely political. You can be the hardest worker in the building, but if you do not get the "nod" from the management team you will not see promotions or raises.
