Dreadfully complex database interfaces. Often had to go through five or six separate (different design) systems for one customer. Two separate help databases? Hello?

The job pays your bills. Some colleagues are great at what they do and quite supportive and professional.

Cons

Research management is micromanaging, passively aggressive, prescriptive. Unbalanced workload.
