Decent benefits and paid time off.

Cons

Company was a leader with great diversity of offerings in the financial industry. They are now an unrecognizable microcosm of their former self. Combine that with leaders who are results of "battlefield promotions" and favoritism vs. qualifications, and management vs. leadership, and you can imagine the boulliabase. Don't "Navigate Life Together" here.

The job pays your bills. Some colleagues are great at what they do and quite supportive and professional.

Cons

Research management is micromanaging, passively aggressive, prescriptive. Unbalanced workload.
