Pros
Good workplace, great training and infrastructure, Fixed weekly offs and monthly L&D trainings which employees can attend to hone their skills
Cons
Management sucks, unless you have a good rapport with your manager in which case it is easy sailing for you, some of the internal job postings that are rolled out are prefixed with a candiate already in mind, they are rolling out the offer just to give an 'equal' chance to all the employees, think twice before taking problems to the management since there are lots of changes promised but none actually made
