Pros
Great location; nice benefits.
Cons
Incompetent management. High employee turnover. Training does not prepare one for success in their role. Not enough practice time or clear instructions. Training filled with 'don't do this or...' Archaic technology. Systems don't talk with one another and data duplication is the norm - not the exception. Like any call center, the hours are tough to live with.
