      Pros

      Good pay, and great benefits package. Lots of incentives and inclusion is at the heart of the culture.

      Cons

      Stresfull environment, lots of Pressure and micro managing. The company culture has too much bureocracy and silos, the company feels segregated and certain departments just dont communicate to each other.
