Good worklife balance, good managment, following proper work process
Cons
Worst Transport, literally worst. No sensible routes, they put any pickup/ drop in a long route. We give 14 hrs to company where 9 hrs work time and rest for commutation. Bad vehicles, never gets a cab on time during drops.
