Pros

Culture is evwr evolving and all inclusive They like to reward and recognize (as a whole) Great benefits (one of the few places left that offers a pension)

Cons

It's still corporate America on some levels so there is disappointment there in some aspects (and drama) Call center expectations are unrealistic Can be very clicky if you work in office

Pros

Excellent benefits, including a pension, 401(k) match, generous PTO, and solid health insurance. Remote work and work-life balance have been very good. Smart, supportive coworkers who genuinely want to help each other succeed. Large-scale technology environment provides exposure to complex systems. Company is investing in AI and modernizing parts of the technology organization.

Cons

Career development can feel inconsistent depending on your department and leadership. Two people in similar roles may receive very different levels of visibility and growth opportunities. Frequent reorganizations and leadership changes create uncertainty and shifting priorities. Agile execution often doesn't match Agile principles. Work is frequently pushed between sprints, priorities change mid-cycle, and teams are expected to adapt without corresponding planning improvements. Cross-functional communication can be siloed, making it difficult to build business knowledge outside your immediate responsibilities. Recognition sometimes appears to favor those with existing relationships or visibility rather than consistently rewarding performance. Compensation is competitive initially but can plateau over time if you remain in the same role.
