Pros
MetLife has a great work/family life balance. Coming from another insurance provider, MetLife is way ahead of the competition with their benefit package, salaries, and onboard training. Flexibility to work from home, maintain cross department relationship building, & obtaining employee feedback. Truly values their employees.
Cons
The only con I can say is I wish I had found my career here way before now. I got too comfortable where I was at and kept putting off looking but so glad I did!
