Pros
Both current and former employees (more specifically, front-line employees) commonly agree that the best part about this company is the employees.
Cons
The reality that "the best part is the people" is a double-edged sword. Having generally cooperative, collaborative, and positive coworkers makes the work day easier, but it is akin to Mary Poppins saying, "A spoonful of sugar makes the medicine go down." A deep-rooted patchwork culture permeates the company in the customer user experience, official communications, and representative user experience. The systems/programs in which the customers and employees operate are abysmal at best. This is a common note in many customer reviews of the company. It is common to have a company-wide issue and employees implementing various/inconsistent "workarounds" instead of the company fixing the issue. The best part is that the people make the days bearable in the face of company procrastination.
