      Nice company with work life balance. you will get lot of time to enjoy with your friends however it may depends on your process. Overall good company

      Biased management(TL's and AM/UM). They are good for nothing and will always try to make you frustrated.

      Unrealistic workloads, constantly changing process for promotions, limited cross departmental communication or accountability, career stagnation in some departments, employees rated on bell curves for annual reviews.
