Pros
Overall Met is a great a place to work. The organization is striving to be the kind of company that is known for its associate focused culture, to be at the forefront of thinking and execution not just within the Insurance industry but beyond as well.
Cons
There has been a focus to bring in a lot of new people from outside of the industry, which is good, but it is not balanced with those that are knowledgeable of the industry and lines of business. Hence there are a lot of experiments gone bad that have impacted the company's ability to fully realize the value of these new ideas and people.
