Pros

Metlife has great products, I will give the company that much.

Cons

It is nearly impossible to get business done due to cutbacks and downsizing of administrative staff. They are overworked and underpaid. Agents are not giving decent field training when they are new, management is incompetent at best, and self absorbed. Much attrition on a monthly basis.

Remote work and flex time.

Cons

Unrealistic workloads, constantly changing process for promotions, limited cross departmental communication or accountability, career stagnation in some departments, employees rated on bell curves for annual reviews.
