      - constant learning - learn to drive change - dynamic leadership The company is constantly evolving and changing to the environment and economic conditions.

      Cons

      - not great paymasters If you are not comfortable with change, then this is positively not the company for you. Also you have to have the ability to deal with a huge amount of cultural diversity.
