      Pros

      First reviewer has not selected the right company, as this metal craft is in mn and not in the "valley" and hardly any aerospace mostly medical parts are done here. Learn and build your machining skills from the wide selection of parts that come through the shop, but don't stay too long as you will end up wasting time reporting on metrics that are a waste of time and ridiculous.

      Cons

      Too much inexperienced/brown nosing middle management trying to lead the charge with disconnected top management setting the policies. This place will take every ounce of your talent and give you nothing back. Benifits are not the worst but doesn't measure up to the middle either. (I.e. it takes 6 years before a company contribution will be made to 401k)

      Pros

      Great place to work. Everyone is willing to help with questions and guide you the right direction. HR takes the time to get to know you and give you what you need to be successful.

      Cons

      The paperwork is sometimes overwhelming but nothing horrible.
