Nice people and good pay. Good trucks to drive and home time. Management seems to try to maintain a family attitude which was begun by the company founder Morris Lefton.
Cons
New management and loss of customers we don't get back gives you the feeling the job might not be there in the future. Out dated trailers make staying legal a difficult task.. Company maintenance is in bad need of reorganization.

Pros
People really matter here, You get the benefits of a well established company with a smaller, family-owned feel.
Cons
For people looking for well-defined procedures and workflows, they're working to figure it out and level up the company now. We'll get there, but you have to be okay with the work
