Opportunity to grow and advance. Family focused culture made for a motivating work environment.

Cons

Had a reputation for employees feeling “overworked and underpaid”. You’ll be covered in an oily film everyday if you work on the floor.

Pros

Metal Flow only does what's best for their Management team.

Cons

If your not part of Management your just dirt. In 20 years the average pay increases is close to one quarter of inflation.So your working into poverty.and they DONT CARE!!! Competitors pay average is about $3 more an hour for experienced workers.
