Attrition over 30%, NPS -40, tight finances (no pay rises and limited backfill), no product roadmap, poor senior management.

Thank you for taking the time to post your review and sharing your views, though we would like to correct a few of your statements. Our employee attrition is much lower than you state and typical for London while our NPS is also not as low as you suggest.
We have an annual pay review each April, and we did give increases in April 2017, though as you would expect we review the salaries of all staff and award increases as appropriate. We are also actively recruiting to back-fill every vacancy including a newly created role for a Global Head of Product which will help drive our product roadmap and strategy.
If you would like to discuss any of your statements further feel free to reach out to the HR team - happy to go for a coffee and discuss.
