      Pros

      Great opportunities for growth as a professional, some company paid health benefits, most employees are super helpful with new nurses as well as just in general with all staff, working here feels like home, great leadership and management!

      Cons

      Very busy hospital, many times we’re short staffed (but I feel like it’s been that way at many other facilities as well- since COVID), not many other cons I can think of!

      Caring and compassionate culture. Everyone from the volunteers to the CEO truly embodies the organization's mission and values. Best place that I have ever worked!
