      Pros

      Always got days off as requested. Management always eager to help you grow in your field. If you request something that is helpful for patients or increases engagement you don't have to fight for it. Ask and they make it happen.

      Cons

      Pay isn't always competitive. They don't fire toxic co-workers even when Admin witnesses toxic behavior.

As far as pay, we constantly evaluate our compensation compared to other health systems, and our salaries are right in line with our peers. But hang in there because we will definitely support your career growth, including regular raises!
