      Need Better Leadership - Clinical Secretary Methodist Health System Employee Review

      The pay was alright. They have great agency nurses.

      Cons

      The leadership at Methodist Charlton are not good leaders. They only care about money, and they will change managers and force them into resignation on med- Surg units like a person changes underwear. So all the units are chaotic and unmanaged. Also lots of reverse racism. Also, the nurse pt ratio is 6-1 on a heavy renal unit. That’s a major safety hazard.

And you can be sure that we are constantly working on filling our nursing positions to keep our nurse-patient ratio the best it can be!

      Caring and compassionate culture. Everyone from the volunteers to the CEO truly embodies the organization's mission and values. Best place that I have ever worked!

      I only wish I would have joined this team years ago!
