      Pros

      Commute is pretty good. Easy parking and accessibility.

      Cons

      High Turnover especially in management. Inexperienced staff and clinical coordinator does nothing to streamline the training process. The preceptors all do the job differently.

      Caring and compassionate culture. Everyone from the volunteers to the CEO truly embodies the organization's mission and values. Best place that I have ever worked!
