      Benefits are okay for the most part Much room for growth Many programs in-house for staff that wants to advance their educational career within the health system

      Cons

      They don't pay holidays, PTO is not accessible till you have completed 90 days - keep that in mind if you have holidays coming up during your 90 days

      Caring and compassionate culture. Everyone from the volunteers to the CEO truly embodies the organization's mission and values. Best place that I have ever worked!
