Medical benefits for 2025 are awful. I’ve always been on the highest choice plan and continued with that this year. What I normally would’ve paid for $60 copays are now not covered at all, I have to pay $635 out of pocket for just the office visit. And I’m stuck paying highest deduction for medical benefits for a low value insurance. 2025's Total Rewards look attractive initially but they are bad costly services for the employees.
Benefits dept is also very lazy and unhelpful. They do not return calls and are rude.
Cost of living adjustments do not occur and CEO said it wouldn't during Townhall to not attribute to inflation. Not kidding.
I think it's about time to move on from Methodist, the benefits to staying on after 10 years has dwindled. Retirement matching after 10 years only goes up to 6%. Seems they don't care about seniority or length of service as much as recruiting newer talent.
