Management has very poor communication, talks over their employees and does not understand HR policies. No direction, roadmap or transparency given by c level management for department Morale and culture is very low and most everyone didn’t seem to enjoy their jobs or want to be there No cross team collaboration, very much you figure it out and teamwork was discouraged
