Pros

-Stable work -You can make some good friends -Good benefits especially heath insurance and generous PTO/Vacation time -Most employees don't have to take their work home with them

Cons

-Not much room for professional growth or advancement. If you're good at your job, they want to keep you right where you're at for the next 20 years. -If you want to get promoted, you basically have to be a straight white male. If you're gay, a person of color, or a female, you'll find opportunities in a couple of Admin departments. You'll find very few in the Operations departments. -Inflexible work schedules. -Management says that they want new ideas, however, anytime you suggest something, they always revert to "this is the way we've always done it" or "what if we get audited" -Poor internal communication. -Poor job training and unclear job descriptions/duties/expectations.

Pros

The company is large so there was ample amount for growth for those who desired to stick long-term.

Cons

It was difficult to go up the chain of command when trying to work towards a higher rank within the company.
