Metric hires such great people which makes the work atmosphere so enjoyable each day - it's really a family oriented environment. The work is challenging but fun; I am encouraged to develop myself with new tasks and training opportunities. They coordinate employee outings (Go Karts, Bowling, etc.) and give to the community (March of Dimes Mudd Volleyball, food drives in the fall, etc.). It really is a great place to work at and most of my coworkers I consider close friends - something other companies can't say.
