Pros
The people at Metric are great to work with. They put a lot of thought into their hiring process in regards to the type of culture and office attitude they aim to cultivate. This makes the work fun...and there is work. Metric is a growing company with a lot of work to be done, so there are challenging deadlines and late nights on occasion, but it's also balanced with a light and playful attitude around the office. It feels like a family and though the managers/supervisors are regarded with a level of respect as such, they are also approachable and reasonable. If you have a family issue, for instance, they understand and are willing to work with you to a reasonable degree.
Cons
As mentioned in the pros, Metric is a high-productivity company, so if you are the type of person who likes to handle one job at a time at a leisurely pace, this may not be the place for you.
