Pros
New district manager is making leaps and bounds in the right direction to make MWRD a great place to work, and has already made several changes at the suggestion of employees. (Previous management was not open to employee feedback.) It's refreshing to have Mickey do yearly company-wide listening tours in small groups and SEE those employee suggestions coming to fruition/being worked on to achieve. I absolutely love my co-workers and department managers. It's a fun environment, where we care about each other.
Cons
Some departments do not communicate/work well with each other, which is a result of previous management issues. This is something that is being addressed currently, and it seems that Mickey and the current management working to fix this issue.
