Willing to spend, just not for employees - Manager Metro Water Recovery Employee Review

I can only speak of the past. Low morale, favoritism, poor employee appraisals. and waste of a lot of rate payers money. Doubts about prevailing wages and raises. No incentive to stay now that the pension plan for new employees id so inferior that of previous employees. Retires have not got a cost of living raise in over 11 years. That means they really could care less about them. The board of directors could really care less about fairness.
