Pros
MetroHealth has been a place where I have been able to grow both personally and professionally. I feel that I have a great sense of autonomy in the work that I do and am supported by leadership. During the COVID-19 pandemic MetroHealth we had to make changes very quickly to prepare for the worst, we quickly adapted to remote work and new technologies, and even became stronger and more connected in our teams. On site, safety was the primary concern and MetroHealth did an amazing job at ensuring all our of staff and patients were safe by ensuring everyone had access to masks and proper PPE; we conduct temperature checks of employees and patients entering our sites and have increased cleaning measures. We've continued to Additionally, MetroHealth was one of the few healthcare systems in the nation to not lay off or furlough employees during the crisis, and were even able to give a general increase raise to all of their non union employees. MetroHealth also has great benefits including amazing health insurance, investment options, and great vacation and sick time policies.
