Pros

Decent pay considering the current pandemic

Cons

MetroStar Systems (at one of their satellite offices) is migrating employees over to Tri-Point Solutions because it wants to get its hands in a Small Business contract. Downsides: migrated employees are being told to continue working on MetroStar projects in addition to Tri-Point projects even though they will be only on Tri-Point payroll. That and any $2k/year benefits you were promised at-interview will vanish. Someone in this review thread mentioned that particular employee benefit but lucky for them they aren’t being put on another company (that they didn’t even apply to) payroll, or maybe they don’t know that yet. Employees at this satellite office are also being told that, if their mission is to serve the government division they currently support, that they will want stay and not leave despite recent, major company changes. Lack of suitable infrastructure and advancements (for example Development and UX). If you want to see and use the latest technology, this isn’t the place for you. Project and Program Managers place too much emphasis on degrees and credentials and try way too hard to be more like the government divisions they serve as contractor. It has a high school feel to it at best.

Pros

Clear vision on what the future holds

Cons

Some have fallen away from the core beliefs that made this a great small business. Smoke and mirrors with some supervisors.
